Architectural Designs

Ivan Delgado Salazar, the Costa Rican architect for Aldea Verde de Costa Rica, graduated from the Universidad de Costa Rica with a bachelor's degree in architecture in 2001. Ivan is a licensed architect with the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y de Arquitectos de Costa Rica, and holds a master's degree in urban and architectural project management from the Universidad de Leon. Ivan is also a professor of architecture at Universidad Veritas in San Jose, Costa Rica one of the best architecture schools in the country.

Over the span of his career, Ivan has designed and overseen the construction of over 100 projects in Costa Rica, including residential, commercial, institutional and industrial developments. His expertise in Costa Rican construction and lifestyle makes Mr. Delgado an invaluable asset to our community. As a former government architect, he will oversee all necessary permits while acting as a liaison for the Community with the various construction companies. Ivan is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian and lives in San Ramon, Costa Rica with his wife and two children.
